LLGA 2011 Membership

All ladies wishing to join the LLGA (or re-join) MUST have a 2011 membership application filled out and submitted. This year they will turn the Membership application in to the Pro Shop. If you want to mail in your 2011 Registration form - please send it to:

Returning members will fill out the application and bring it to the Pro Shop with their $20.00 Ghin fee. We have indicated on the form to bring cash or use their credit card. You will simply collect their ghin fee and indicate it so on the bottom of the application form. That application form needs to be placed in a file so that our secretary/treasurer can pick it up and enter it in our 2011 current roster of members!

New Members will fill out the application and bring it to the Pro Shop. They will have to give you $20.00 to enter a ghin for them, but they will have to attach a separate payment of $20.00 stapled to the application to be put in the file for our secretary/treasurer to pick up and take care of entering them in the roster as a new member.
